Anshuman Das | Managing Partner

Anshuman is a seasoned recruitment professional in the technology products industry. His areas of interest include defining and establishing strong talent acquisition delivery models, innovative service levels that ensure alignment with client recruitment objectives and structuring long term partnerships. Anshuman currently servers as chief operating officer of CareerNet, the parent company of Longhouse Consulting, which he co-founded. A strong nerworker by nature, Anshuman set up CareerNet's executive search practice - Longhouse Consulting, and has been instrumental in leading the businees to be one of the leading executive search firms in the technology products sector.

Anshuman holds a B.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.


Rohit Srivastava | Partner

A high energy individual, Rohit has been extremely successful in helping many of our clients attract top-notch executive talent through deep understanding of executive search practices, strategic planning and targeted sourcing. Rohit has also led key executive assignments across the spectrum of functional areas including software engineering, sales, marketing, business development and operations. His recruitment experience also spans various sectors including technology, internet, mobile, banking amongst others.

Rohit holds a B.S in Statistics from Hindu college, Delhi University and an MBA from Jaipuria Institite of Management , Lucknow.


Ashish Sanganeria | Principal Consultant

Ashish is networker by nature who gets a real buzz out of introducing people and helping to make things happen. He is part of founding team of Longhouse Consulting and worked across business sectors. He successfully led & closed multiple leadership mandates which includes CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CMOs and CTOs in large multinationals as well as start ups. He has advised start-ups/entrepreneurs on talent acquisition and worked with PE & VC’s to build the leadership team of their portfolio companies. Ashish has played key role in building online/digital practice of Longhouse Consulting. Prior to joining Executive Search Industry in 2004, Ashish held several roles in sales, business development and operations.

Ashish holds Bachelor’s in Finance from DAVV University and PGDHRD from ISSW.


Tushar Chauhan | Principal Consultant

An executive search professional with expertise in competency assessment. He has done leadership hiring across domains and have strong experience in competency based hiring. Tushar has been an entrepreneur and has been part of a successful venture. He has industry experience across sectors and is advisor to few start-ups. He has developed research based framework for leadership competencies in the high growth companies.

He is a certified EQ-i2.0 (Emotional Intelligence assessment) professional and is a Behavioural Event Interview(BEI) practitioner.

Tushar is an engineer from MIT, Manipal and an MBA from IIM Calcutta.
